Hi what bobbin thread do you use?

My granddaughters baby doll is 12.6". Will the patterns you offer for a 12" doll fit her or would it be best to go the next size up?

I do not have the might hoop but do have the sleeve hoop. However, the sleeve is too tight and throws the design off
